This case focuses on the application of a controller and an I/O expansion PCB. The controller is used for motor control and sensor data acquisition in mechanical equipment. External automation equipment feeds I/O signals back to the controller and software to report operating status, enabling signal communication and machine interconnection among different workstations (mechanical equipment, automation systems, electronic equipment, etc.).

In addition to providing customers with circuit design modifications, we also deliver software that supports multi-step pressurization settings for mechanical equipment. After materials are loaded by the automation system, the machine automatically starts the pressurization process. Once the cycle is completed, the software automatically analyzes the data and stores the results. This closed-loop workflow continuously improves testing and production processes, increases efficiency, and reduces the time spent on manual operations (loading/unloading) and waiting—achieving automated production.
